Delivery Policy

*PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CANADA POST STRIKE WE CAN NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES OR REMOTE LOCATIONS UNTIL IT ENDS. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–4 business days from the moment they are placed. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping Time:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location. Below are the estimated shipping times:
    • Domestic (within Canada): 3–7 business days
    • US: 3-7 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic: Free standard shipping for orders over [$250 CAD], otherwise a flat rate of [$12 CAD] will apply.
  • US: Free standard shipping for orders over [$250 CAD], otherwise a flat rate of [$20 CAD] will apply.
  • International: Flat rate of $25 CAD for standard shipping.
  • Please note, international shipments (including U.S.) may be subject to customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Delivery Delays:

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays can occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you and work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns on most clothing and jewelry items, provided they are in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • Clothing: Items that have been washed, altered, or are returned in a non-sellable condition are not eligible for return.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bhabsy.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
  4. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • We recommend returning the original item first to ensure the exchange is processed smoothly.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping in the case of defective or damaged items.

Sale and Clearance Items:

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.
